Shipping Info

 

All parcels are shipped by Royal Mail, UK.
When I dispatch your order, I will give you a tracking number for you to track the progress of you order.​

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination region and calculated at the checkout.

DISPATCH TIME FRAMES

Print Orders: These are Print on Demand and it will take up to 7 business days

before it gets dispatched.

Original Artwork: It will usually be dispatched within 2 – 3 business days

I kindly ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example, if I have a high volume of orders.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Unfortunately there are no guaranteed delivery times, however as an approximate guide, you can generally expect the following postage time frames:

UK (Domestic) orders: 2 – 7 business days

International orders: 8 – 20 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • If customs assesses fees at the border, the buyer is responsible for paying these charges.

  • I won't be unable to cancel orders or issue refunds due to customs fees.

  • Customs, duty and any additional charge are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Address

It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct – I won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details.

 

If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to me, I reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees for the return and re-send of the goods.

Lost in Transit

If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or misdelivered, please contact me at sayhello@jolyenesketches.com as soon as possible, so that I can assist you in filing a lost package claim.

 

I am not responsible or liable for any lost or misdelivered orders, or if your order is stolen after delivery.

Risk

Risk in each order passes to you on delivery to your nominated address.

 

If the parcel has been left unattended at the delivery address, the order will be taken to have been delivered. If you ask me to deliver to an address and you’re not there, but someone else at the address signs or accepts the parcel, the order will be taken to have been delivered on leaving the order with that person.
